PhD in Economics and Business from the University of Girona (2014), Master in Political Integration and Economic Union of the European Union, Master in Management of Gerontological and Health Care Centers, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management. He is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Economics and Business (Gipuzkoa Section) at the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU) within the Department of Business Organization. 

He has previously worked as a Contracted Researcher at the University of the Basque Country and has collaborated as a researcher with the Basque Institute of Competitiveness (IVC) and the Matia-Ingema Gerontological Institute. He participates in research projects related to quality management, entrepreneurship promotion, and various Consolidated Research Groups within the Basque University System. 

He currently serves as the Director of Internships, Dual Training, and Employability at UPV/EHU within the Vice-Rectorate for Students and Employability.
