The primary objective of the project is to understand and comprehend the development of dual training programs in Spanish universities, with a particular focus on the methodologies, best practices, and challenges arising from the current digital world.
The following specific objectives are pursued:
Analyze the models and methodological strategies of tutoring and collaboration implemented in dual programs at the national level.
Determine the extent to which the training needs of tutors in dual programs differ from those of tutors in non-dual programs in performing their duties.
Classify best practices in tutoring within dual training programs and study the necessary conditions for their development to assess the value of technology in them.
Investigate the challenges and issues posed by technology and digital environments in tutoring, guidance and monitoring, evaluation, and supervision of dual practices.
Examine the challenges and issues posed by technology and digital environments in the administrative management and collaboration between entities involved in dual practices, as well as in their innovation and entrepreneurship.
